Andrew Gharibian
President
Andrew Gharibian is the Founder and President of Chaser Capital, where he leads all aspects of the company’s operations including acquisitions, asset management, dispositions, and tenant relationships. Andrew has a proven ability to operate across a wide range of geographical US markets by adapting to and understanding local market dynamics. Since founding Chaser Capital in 2022, Andrew has grown the company’s portfolio to over 130,000 square feet of primarily retail real estate spanning 5 US states.
Before launching Chaser Capital, Andrew was a commercial real estate agent at First Property Realty Corporation, joining immediately after graduating from USC in 2017. During his 4 year brokerage tenure, Andrew completed over $150,000,000 in sale/lease transactions, including numerous high-profile deals. In recognition of his success, Andrew received the Los Angeles Business Journal “Rookie of the Year” award in 2018, selected from over 1,000 new agents.
Andrew is active in various civic and charitable organizations throughout Los Angeles, most notably serving on the board of directors for Congregation Beth Israel. Andrew lives in the West Hollywood neighborhood with his fiancé Samantha.
